Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version
- Got 3 free questions before paying — those let you test before you commit.
- Bought a pack but haven't used any questions yet? Full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Used some questions? Pro-rated refund — see below.
- Refunds reach your UPI account within 5–7 business days.
1. When you can get a refund
You're eligible for a refund if any of these apply:
- Service unavailable— the AI was down or the chart engine errored repeatedly when you tried to use a paid feature. We'll either credit additional questions or refund.
- Payment double-charged — if your bank shows two debits for the same order, the duplicate is refunded immediately on report.
- Bought by mistake — within 7 days of purchase, with fewer than 25% of pack questions used.
- Pack expiry not your fault — if the validity window passed because of a service outage, we extend or refund.
2. Pro-rated refund formula
Refund amount = (Pack price) × (Unused questions ÷ Total pack questions) − ₹15 processing fee.
Example: You bought Seeker (₹499 / 50 questions) and used 10 questions. Unused = 40. Refund = ₹499 × 40/50 − ₹15 = ₹384.20.
3. When you can't get a refund
- More than 50% of pack questions used.
- More than 30 days since purchase.
- Refund requests based on disagreement with a reading's content. Astrology is interpretive; we describe tendencies, not prophecies.
- Cosmos pack after the first 50 questions used.
4. How to request a refund
- Go to Contact and message us with:
- Your registered phone number
- The order ID (visible in admin / your bank statement)
- The reason for the refund
- We acknowledge within 24 hours and respond with a decision within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are sent back to the same UPI ID within 5–7 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us will result in immediate revocation of pack access and may lead to permanent account suspension. Always reach out first — we're fast and reasonable.
