1. What Kundliwise is

Kundliwise is a Vedic astrology web application that computes natal charts and generates AI-assisted readings. It is intended for personal reflection and entertainment. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Not professional advice

Readings are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or investment advice. Do not make decisions about your health, relationships, finances, or career based solely on a Kundliwise reading. We will never predict death or guarantee specific events.

3. Account & eligibility

• You must be 18 or older to use Kundliwise.
• You agree to provide accurate birth details. Incorrect details yield unreliable readings.
• You are responsible for keeping your phone number access secure , anyone with access to your phone's SMS can sign in as you.

4. Wallet, products & payments

• Free trial: 1 question, lifetime, one-time per account
• Wallet top-ups: pay ₹20 per question. Minimum top-up ₹99. Larger top-ups receive bonus questions (₹499 → +10 free, ₹999 → +30 free)
• Janampatri ₹499, a one-time personalized PDF report. The PDF is downloadable from your dashboard.
• Validity. Questions credited to your wallet (including bonus questions) and the Janampatri PDF are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of credit / purchase. Unused questions expire at the end of this period and are not refundable. Re-download access to the Janampatri PDF is available through the dashboard during the validity period.
• Payments are via UPI directly to our linked bank account. Submission of UTR (UPI Transaction Reference) constitutes confirmation of your payment claim. We may revoke access if a claim is later found to be fraudulent.
• All purchases are non-recurring. There is no auto-renewal. To continue using the service after expiry, top up your wallet or purchase a new product.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the AI question limits.
• Use the service for illegal activity or harassment.
• Resell or redistribute readings or chart data without written permission.
• Submit other people's personal birth details without their consent.

7. Intellectual property

The Kundliwise codebase, design, and brand belong to us. Readings generated for you are yours to use personally; we retain the right to display anonymised aggregated insights for product development.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. The service is provided "as is". We may modify or discontinue features without notice during this trial period.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Kundliwise and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
